I was asked to come up with a concept for an animated series for boys aged 11 and up. Inspired by favorite shows like Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon and my love of retro-futurism Raygun Rex was born!

After I pitched this to the Cartoon Network, they wanted older characters so there is more artwork featuring an older Rex and Violet, which I've included here.

I would like to rewrite this closer to my original concept. It's not too far off now but I had a very different idea for the 'raygun'. 

Raygun Rex is due to appear in 'Attack of the Drive-In Movie!' in development for Fortnite Creative.
